We work with qualified and experienced consultants on a project and assignment basis across consulting, advisory, administrative support and capacity-building engagements. This page provides key information and resources for consultants interested in collaborating with us. Please review all materials carefully before submitting an Expression of Interest (EOI). Only consultants who meet the minimum requirements and align with our areas of work will be considered.

What We Expect From Our Consultants

All consultants engaged are expected to:

  • Uphold high professional and ethical standards

  • Deliver quality outputs aligned to agreed TORs

  • Maintain confidentiality of client and organisational information

  • Communicate proactively and professionally

  • Meet deadlines and reporting requirements

Failure to meet these standards may result in removal from the consultant pool.

  • Grant management, proposal writing & resource mobilisation

  • SME advisory & business finance

  • Training facilitation & curriculum development

  • Governance, risk & compliance (GRC)

  • Monitoring, evaluation & reporting

  • Payroll processing

  • Basic ICT support services

Consultants with multi-sector or cross-functional expertise are encouraged to apply.

  • Minimum Eligibility Requirements

To be considered, consultants must meet at least one of the following:

  • Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CFA, CISA, or equivalent)
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant professional experience

  • Demonstrated expertise in at least one of our focus areas

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to deliver assignments independently and to agreed timelines

  • Training experience for capacity development work

Additional requirements may apply depending on specific assignments.

Expression of Interest (EOI)

Consultants interested in joining our consultant pool are invited to submit an Expression of Interest. You will be required to provide:

  • Personal and contact details
  • Area(s) of expertise

  • CV and relevant certifications

  • Brief summary of experience

  • Availability for assignments

Evaluation & Next Steps
  • EOIs are reviewed on a rolling basis

  • Only shortlisted consultants will be contacted

  • Shortlisted candidates may be requested to:

    • Participate in a technical discussion, or

    • Submit a sample assignment or proposal

Submission of an EOI does not guarantee engagement.
