- Minimum Eligibility Requirements
To be considered, consultants must meet at least one of the following:
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CFA, CISA, or equivalent)
Minimum 5 years’ relevant professional experience
Demonstrated expertise in at least one of our focus areas
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to deliver assignments independently and to agreed timelines
Training experience for capacity development work
Additional requirements may apply depending on specific assignments.

Consultants interested in joining our consultant pool are invited to submit an Expression of Interest. You will be required to provide:

Evaluation & Next Steps
EOIs are reviewed on a rolling basis
Only shortlisted consultants will be contacted
Shortlisted candidates may be requested to:
Participate in a technical discussion, or
Submit a sample assignment or proposal
Submission of an EOI does not guarantee engagement.
